Seagull Trophy 2008

The Seagull Trophy began at the Sea Scout Base where the Scouts fell in for inspection.  They then moved off to clean the light fittings and ceiling in the Neville Coxon Hall.  After this, they shot off to Silvermine Dam and hiked down the Wagon Trail to the entrance of the Silvermine nature reserve. Bases along the way were measuring the height of the dam wall, boxing a compass and finding north, panoramic sketch, observation, whipping and knotting, tea making, ball throwing and Scout Promise and Law.

Congratulations to Cormorant Patrol lead by Kathryn Peart (PL) who won the inter Patrol competition.
