Troop Camp 4 - 9 January 2009

Troop Camp was once again held at Theewaterskloof Dam. However, this year it was under new management (Andrew Klazinga and Chris Sellier) and a new chef (Peter Otzen).

The theme was a military training camp whereby Scouts were trained to catch a fugitive. It also incorporated aspects from the TV show Survivor. Activities done included:

• Scuba Diving
• Marksmanship
• Sailing
• Pizza Making
• Backwoodsman
• Survival Night
• Golf
• Orienteering
• Wrestling
• Acting
• Etc..

Well done to Swifts (led by Douglas Klazinga) for winning the inter Patrol camp competition, beating Albatross (led by James Peart) by 2 points.
