Chris Gaag ran his Handicapped Awareness Trail for the Explorer Badge.  Here are some of the activities along with a tin can race (the one where heat from a fire blows off the lid of a tin containing a little bit of water to create steam, pressure and bang - the lid goes flying).  Not Scouts trying to tie their shoe laces with one hand and writing their name with their foot.

Three flagpoles were built to facilitate the construction of a half wave dipole antenna tuned to 40m.  An ICOM communications receiver was demonstrated to the Scouts who could tune around the shortwave 7MHz broadcast band.
