Withdrawing Store Equipment

Before you withdraw store equipment please ensure that you are familiar with the policies and procedures of the 2nd Bergvliet Quartermaster, which can be found here.

What follows is a step by step guide on how you can withdraw equipment from the 2nd Bergvliet Store.

Withdrawal

Step 1
Download the Quartermaster form and fill out as much as possible with regards to what you will need. You can download the form by clicking here.

Step 2
Send your form to the Quartermaster email account at 2ndbergvlietqm@gmail.com

Step 3
Your request will then be reviewed and a scouter assigned to the signing out of your equipment

Step 4
You will come to the meeting that you stated on your form at a time arranged between yourself and the QM (or their proxy)

Step 5
Withdraw specified equipment from the store

Return

Step 1
Meet the QM (or proxy) at a prearranged time before or after the troop meeting to return the equipment

Step 2
Prove to the QM that all equipment is accounted for

Step 3
Ensure that all equipment is packed away correctly (if further packing needed arrange a time)

Step 4
If any equipment is broken you need to ensure that it has been logged for repairs/replacement

Step 5
Once the QM is satisfied that everything is in order you will be dismissed.
